1.       Do you agree that “The Customers is Always Right”

Yes, Because customers satisfaction is a marketing term that measure how products or service supplied by a company meet or surpass a customer’s expectation,

·         It’s a point of different
In  a competitive market, businesses compete for customers, because customers satisfaction is the key to win the competition, if the service customer is better the customers will feel satisfied

2.       Look at this definition think of your own good experiences as a customers
·         It’s about people, not just a place
I think it’s true because if people are bad no matter how good the place the customers will never feel satisfied and the customers will think that the servise is very bad

·         It’s about delighting the customers not just serving the customers
I agree with that, if the waiter just give what we need without smile to us and have a bad attitude the customers will never get satisfied

·         It’s about listening and smiling

If we go to some place like hotel, we need the waiters that will understand about what we want  in the hotel and will explain to us nicely and make us feel satisfied
